Cross Town Kitchens is a group of chefs in Toronto who have come together to promote awareness surrounding issues that affect food in our community. We are comprised of the chefs from Amuse-Bouche (Bertrand Alepee, Jason Inniss and Sarah Lyons), C5 (Ted Corrado), Torito (Luis Valenzuela), Anthony Davis and Christopher Brown.

Through collaboration and the exchange of ideas in dining rooms and kitchens across the city it is our goal is to raise money for a variety of food-centric charities, and to build a strong food community, with Torontonians, farmers, markets and each other. With a fun and open approach to food and dining, we believe in continued learning and sharing as essential in shaping, expanding and promoting Toronto’s culinary future.
